Conflict in the workplace can be uncomfortable. It can have a negative effect on both morale and productivity and individual responses to conflict vary from person to person. In this course you’ll learn how to identify conflict triggers and how external influences affect one’s perception of conflict.  

You’ll learn the five conflict modes and how to determine which approach to use in different scenarios. You’ll also learn to identify your default approach to conflict. 

In addition, you’ll learn specific techniques to prepare the mind and body for responding to conflict and how to increase awareness of how one’s own mental attitude, words, and language can either increase or diffuse conflict.
